My rent increased but amenities not fixed. My window in bedroom has leaked with each rain. Caulking hasn’t worked. Gas leak not fixed so we are without grill and fire pit. Swimming pool is always on the blink due to pump works on and off and heater never works! Safety issues not met. We are seriously considering finding another place to live. We have a twice convicted felon working part time. Domestic violence has been present twice.

We have been here since August of 2025 and love it. The management team is great and does a great job. My wife and realize the manager is in a tough position with enforcing the rules spelled out in the lease and generating revenue through occupancy. It is our hope that the corporate team is supporting her. If things stay the way they are this is last home!!!!1

Great place to live! There is always something to do if you want to, but no pressure. Entire complex is very clean and well maintained. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everyone has been amazing. The events coordinator is exceptional. She takes her job seriously and really enjoys it. The leasing manager is exceptional as well. She guided us through the process and answered our numerous questions. She also appears to love her job. The residents have been welcoming and pleasant. We may never leave here.

Home is where your heart is and mine is definitely at Album at Quail Springs. We had downsized 2 times before I move here. After my husband passed away, this move was so easy. I got rid of the clutter and stress of taking care of a house (my husband’s job). All that stuff we had accumulated over the years. I found out that most of it my kids and grandkids didn’t want or need. Here I am feeling safe, happy and having the time of my life! It was the best decision. My life is full of new friends and activities!!

This is a luxury home opportunity with beautiful grounds and a host of amenities and activities to take advantage. A very caring and supporting are here to give us a peaceful, quiet, and safe environment. Check this one out before you make a move, you won’t regret it!

I have enjoyed living at Album Quail Springs for about 2 years.I recently moved from an upper apartment to a 1st floor apartment. I have 2 small dogs. We are all loving this little yard we have. I've made several friends here. There are quite a few activities to keep me busy.

Every one at Album is so friendly and helpful from the management to the Maintenance team! The pool is crystal clear and the perfect temperature!! Dog friendly is so nice, especially the happy parties! There is so much to do and enjoy every day! The residents are for the most part, kind and make life a fun place to live!

On August 1 we will celebrate our 6th year anniversary here at Album 55 community. It has been on of the best decisions we’ve made for an outstanding home to live and enjoy this stage of our lives. My screen door broke when I was sliding it open to get out to patio. I sent in a request on June 25th to get repaired. Paul looked at it and said a part was needed. Then Steven came up and I was told that I needed to talk to Jackie and pay for a new one that I didn’t break. So, if my ice maker quits working do I have to buy a new fridge? Or if the oven quits, a new stove? This is not right. If I had broken the screen it would be a different story, but for it to break on its own there is no way I should have to pay for one. I’ve referred 2 people who now live here, but I will have second thought about referring anyone else until it’s fixed. I love living here, but if the management is going to require residents to pay for something broken I’m giving it second thought.

Residents and staff are friendly and care about each other. Lots of activities, both staff and resident led. No pressure to participate. Valet trash service at your apartment door is a great perk! Continental breakfast with basic cost most weekday mornings. Grounds are well maintained with seasonal color. Lights add a special touch at holiday time! An off-duty Highway Patrolman is a resident; thus the car under the portico at the entrance most days lends additional security deterring anyone with an ulterior motive. Garages and storage are available at an additional cost. The best amenity are the safe rooms located on both sides of both hallways on the first floor! There is an outdoor saltwater pool and patio with two grills, fire pit, iron tables/chairs plus wicker sofas and chairs. Pet friendly. Several fire detectors and sprinkler heads are in all rooms. Full size washers and dryers, stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator and glass top range are in each apartment.

We have been so happy with the diverse, involved and amazing community. It’s like living on a cruise ship. Everything like your beautiful, apartment, views, activities, “out and abouts” to restaurants, seminars, crafts, weekday breakfasts, etc. The secret is the Superb Staff that attends to your requests and concerns. Did I fail to mention “On the spot maintenance?” Gotta go. Weekly Happy Hour coming at 3:00 PM.

Having researched several independent living facilities, My wife and I agreed that Album 55+ offered us the best home with wonderful amenities and a caring community & management team. Well managed, well maintained, 55+ facility with friendly staff and residents. Lots of activities to be as involved or not as desired with no pressure or judgement. Four story with above ground shelter on each corner with designated pet friendly shelter. Optional storage and garage. Many floor plans for one or two bed. Each with long narrow kitchen with pantry, lots of cabinet/drawer storage, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full-size refrigerator and washer and dryer with glass top range. Valet trash pickup at apartment door. In-house commutation cubbies and locked apartment PO Boxes. Balconies/patios plus large community patio with two grill stations and gated salt water pool. Cable ready. Quiet atmosphere with most anything you want or need within a short walk. Lots of dining choices in close proximity.

Overall, I enjoy almost everything about living at Albums Quail Springs. I like how friendly everyone is. I like the quick response to maintenance issues. I love meeting all the dog walking owners, like myself. I love this location and quick access to surrounding shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. However, I have one neighbor that is frequently noisy, excessively noise every week and even overnight. Unfortunately, our management can't seem to find a solution to this ongoing problem of 7 months now. It's a difficult situation especially when there are many things I enjoy about living here. I pray for a solution in the near future.

I love living at Album and have made many wonderful new friends since I moved here in June 2023. Everything I need is inside and I don’t have to go out into the weather to enjoy my life. All of the amenities I need are here, Including a heated swimming pool on the back patio. We have an art room, a theater room, a game room, a well stocked gym and Exercise room. There is even a beauty shop on the first floor if you want to use the stylist there. I love the camaraderie here and all the wonderful events that are scheduled each week with food and entertainment.

Really nice people live and work here. I have two safety concerns, we need cameras monitoring the doors and parking lots. The doors going to the parking lots slam shut or don’t close safely. The front door needs adjusting too. Closes too soon and doesn’t reopen if needed. Some of us are pulling a wagon and need more time.

Every where I go I have been greeted and introduced. Very friendly staff and residents. We love the dogs! I met a lot of the residents at the Christmas Carol party. .Really enjoyed the songs and the company. There are some good singers here! Like the resident led activities.

We now are in our fifth year + at our home here at Album 55+ Community. And the experience is still excellent. We have continued to make great friends and enjoy with them the many opportunities and amenities offered by Album. We particularly enjoy the times we meet for breakfast Monday through Friday, the happy hours and special community celebrations like Veterans Day, Independence Day, Birthday Celebrations, & the varied resident lead clubs such as games, bingo, book, and if of interest Living Word Weekly Studies, and twice a month Worship Services. All and all that makes this a home to brag about! As you see we highly recommend this as a great home for independent living! Fred & CJ

Many activities; happy hours, continental breakfast weekly days, salt water pool (heated in the winter months), movie theater, gym; craft & art clssses, game and pool room. And so much more! I have totally enjoyed living here. I've made some great new friends and card playing buddies. You can be as involved with activities as you like or just spend a quiet afternoon reading a book. I enjoy the exercise room, doing water aerobics in the beautiful pool and Happy Hour! We have also had some great parties with a live band! Thank you Album and staff.

We love living here. We have a great number of friends, a great program director. The biggest problem I have here are things that are broken an have not be repaired. Machines in the workout room, the water filter needs changing, door locks not working correctly etc. Dogs in the game room and great rooms .These things have been reported before.

Album Quailsprings is the best place to live as a 55 active adult. There is so much here to keep you busy, like a continental breakfast five days a week, games every evening with other residents, a salt heated swimming pool Thursday afternoon we have happy hour with some different snacks every week Bingo every Wednesday and Sunday Art class once a week Movie's on Friday in the theater Pool in the game room Elavators take you to any of floors where you live Gardening where you can grow what ever you like. My wife and I love living here

I love it here at Album, especially with everything inside that we need for our events without having to go out into the weather. The swimming pool opened last week and it is great to have a saltwater pool here! I love it when all the ladies here get together in the pool and visit. Becky, Our event coordinator does a great job, keeping us busy with different events And puts out a great continental breakfast for us Monday through Friday. I wouldn’t Want to be anywhere else!

We’ve been in residence just over two months. The residents are friendly and don’t seem to mind introducing themselves again and again till we can remember their names. We also like the quietness of the building; only when one gets in the vicinity of the grand room is there noise and that’s generally because something is happening. Which brings to mind another thing; there is no lack of activities. Participating in these activities helps you learn names, in addition to having fun. We like it here and wish we had moved in sooner

CJ and I love this home, especially the community of friends and the staff team, Jackie, Beckey, Kristie, Charlie and Stephen, all excellent in their respective roles and assistance. Making this our home place with luxury apartments, fun activities, breakfast on weekdays and happy hours too. We could go on and on but this could be your home too. Highly recommended by us. My family moved me in and the first couple weeks I was surrounded by them. My son had arranged for me to move here from Cleveland and he was on all your information. No one from here greeted me upon arrival - or since then for that matter. It was as if he was the one who moved in. Steve did come to my apartment and was extremely kind and helpful.

I love living here. I have made many friends though our Bible Study and Worship Service. I like the fact that especially during inclement weather we can stay indoors but still not feel trapped. There is always someone you can talk to or play a game with.

Best in OKC for active seniors. A lower price with move in specials than any of the other communities offered. The staff is top notch and understands and helps us to have access to things we enjoy. The residents are personable, fun, and enjoyable for activities, out and abouts, pot lucks, and sitting outside in our incredibly nice fire pit at night or our lovely sounding fountains at anytime. For the best place to retire and the best place to live then come to Album Quailsprings and enjoy all of that they have to offer. A great heated pool, billiard room Movie theater a great room where happy hours are held every Thursdays and a contental breakfast is five days a week bingos on Wednesday and Sunday The rooms are very well done and you can one or two bedrooms. The staff will do everything that they can to make you stay So much you would not leave

I have not yet moved in, so my review is limited to my experience prior to my lease date. I am impressed with the facility and I’m looking forward to occupying my unit. My experience with the staff has been very pleasant although many times I’ve called and no one has answered the phone.
