I can’t give enough credit to our Album home. I love cooking and my kitchen is fabulous for me! We have wonderful, kind neighbors, always greeting us and stopping just to visit. And the staff!!!! They by far go the extra mile in every area, always making me feel cared for and appreciated. I highly recommend Album! They’re the best!!!

I love my apartment and the few people in the community that I communicate with. Everyone speaks. The staff is awesome, the only thing that hurts me to my heart is that even though people are not behind on rent but lat but is on a fixed income paid once a month paid on the 3rd Wednesday and pay that late fee with asmileand still have to worry about an eviction plus a court fee is heart breaking but it is what it is and keep pushing forward, keep praying and doing the best you can ONWARD and UPWARD.

This is my first time experiencing snow/ icy conditions while here at Album Huntersville. I am shocked at the lack of care taken to ensure the safety of the residents here in regards to shoveling and salting the walkways surrounding our community. I use a mobility scooter and have a dog. I have been unable to get my dog out to the dog park or to walk her around this community because the walkways are very icy and no salt was put out AGAIN after the initial salting two days ago before the first snow. A few walkways were shoveled, but then no salt was put out to keep these areas(watery from melting snow) from becoming icy when temperatures dropped again. This needs to be addressed ASAP,

I have lived at the Album for a year. When I saw how beautiful the complex was, I knew this was the place for me. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I truly love this place. Activities every day and night for residents We are just having fun during our retirement.

Whenever I have questions or unçertencies about anything there's no problem with getting a solution for it. We are kept really busy with our schedule and there's always something to do. Suggestions are welcomed. Maintenence issues are addressed with solutions to problems. I'm here so let's keep movin' on

It’s been a joy to live at AlbumHuntersville The apartment space is lovely! The community is well taken cared of on all levels. The location is conveniently next to a Gas Station, Dentist Office and coffee shop. Across the way a little further is an entire shopping plaza. It’s also near the interstate which folks really love due to early morning commutes. Album was the best choice I made since living in North Carolina for the last few years?☀️

Such a pleasure to be among friends who are indeed like family . I have been at Album for twenty seven months and the days are filled with games, meetings, walks,coffee conversations and dinners. Staff has been supportive in making each of us feel Special.As I gaze out my windows, I see an ease of safety and this community. It may not be 100 per cent for every one but if we all commit in supporting each other, it will be a Healthy and Wholesome place ?

I still love it here and looking forward to renewing my lease soon. Did not like having both of our maintenance people out at the same time. I understood that Renee had surgery and was on medical leave, however Patrick was on vacation at the same time.I was grateful that a gentleman from another site came to help a day before Patrick returned. Another man was assigned to empty our trash in main area and offices. Confusing and inconvenient situation for myself and other tenants.

I have lived here since the beginning and am still waiting for a bench out front. I am getting more concerned about safety due to multiple break ins since moving in. Some of the current tenants allow their dogs to go to the bathroom in the hallways and elevators.

The longer I’m here, the more I’m loving it. So much to do and get involved in; our garden is just bursting with fresh vegetables and herbs, our potluck's have had such an array of foods from different cultures to share with each other(they lead to some interesting conversations), the recent visiting musicians have made Album after Dark and Wine Down Wednesdays extra entertaining, and our new Album Classic movies have been a huge hit. I think we may need a bigger theatre!!! So much to do, so many folks to share experiences with. I’m looking forward to some upcoming events and volunteer opportunities to experience with my new friends. As always, I’m so grateful that Album has such a terrific management and maintenance team here in Huntersville.

I have been a resident for a year and a half now and feel like this is home. I have made some amazing friends here, always something to do if you want. It is a community unto itself, neighbors checking on neighbors and staff always available. Album is unique and in a class by itself.

Such a great place for us! It’s only been 3 weeks but everyone is so helpful. Maintenance has be awesome, very prompt and so friendly. The staff bends over backwards to make sure everything is perfect! We are a community that looks out for each other, really happy with our new home!

After almost two years of residence here, I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. The amenities are great and there are plenty of activities to participate in, yet there is no pressure to engage if you are not interested in participating in any event. The staff is wonderful and the neighbors are friendly and respectful towards one another. Overall it has been a satisfying experience living here.

A really nice apartment community with an excellent, friendly staff, that does an excellent job. Life here affords you the ability to be as social as you want to be, yet as private as you need. The planned activities here are awesome and if you get bored it’s your choice.

So far, I’m enjoying the building, the other residents, and the staff. Aside from the frustration of getting through doors using the key fob, my biggest complaint would be the “rules” that pop up and are not regulated very well. E.g. I have met many of the resident dogs while downstairs playing games or socializing with my new fellow residents. I love animals so I didn’t think anything of it. I brought my dog in with me during a games hour and she layed at my feet. No one seemed bothered. I was reprimanded(nicely) for bringing an animal into the lounge area(told that was not allowed). When the staff walked away my companions commented on how strange that was as they had seen others or had brought their own dogs in quite frequently. I have since watched to see how often others bring their dogs in with them when they come down to socialize. It’s quite often. So I’m not taking it personally, however,if it is a rule, then it needs to be respected and enforced by all.

My residency here at Album will be 2 years in June. My experiences with the staff have been great and we have the best Lifestyle Coordinator! Aria ensures each month that we are entertained with activities. My experience with our rent increase was the only thing I wish I could change however I know this is going to happen because this is a part of life.☺️ I am loving my stay here at Album.❤️

I have been living at Album Huntersville for over a year now and while this place is beautiful, our apartments are nice and maintenance is good. It is the staff and other residents that make this place outstanding. Our staff works hard to see we have what we need, it's the residents and staff who make this place a home. Everyone speaks to each other, here we have friends not residents, lots of laughs, good conversation, great get togethers, crafting, gaming and outings. I am very happy I made the move to Album Huntersville.

We are still having events, however it is always the same and more excitement and variety is needed. I have stopped going to as many events because of this. I would appreciate if we as a group were given the opportunity to go to flea markets , motor speedway to see holiday lights, farmers market and not by carpool. All residents would be willing to pay for these events, but transportation is an issue.

I like my apartment space and the residents are pleasant. There is always an activity daily which is great. I am however not satisfied with the security of the property and don’t always feel safe. My car has been vandalized along with 12 other vehicles in the parking lot. Both of my front windows were shattered to pieces which cost nearly $500 to repair not including the cost of the tint that has to be replaced. This has happened twice to another resident that I know of. There was no compensation of any kind not even an acknowledgment of any kind from corporate. I have spoken with several other residents who said they also have also expressed to management concerns regarding safety and security and the concerns appear to go unheard. There have been several robberies and shootings in the surrounding area. I feel with the amount of rent that is paid monthly our concerns with safety and security should not be dismissed.

This my second year at Album. I have found the environment to be conducive to an active 55+ community. The staff engagement with the residents helps with the flow of communication in planning activities and bringing questions to them. The resident leaks Album Readers Book Club has been a experience.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The entire building is very clean—even our apartment the day we moved in. We’ve already participated in several of the activities, and they have been fun. The activity’s director is very enthusiastic, and she plans a wide variety of activities. All the people living here have been welcoming and friendly. People are clearly happy to be living here.

Great group of people are living in the community, friendly, fun to be around and the staff is always helpful and in good spirts. There are all kinds of things to do, we just had a resident potluck dinner and there are some great cooks here, lots of laughter and a great lunch. Crafting, games, pool, and many other group activities like a high tea (was amazing), wine down Wednesday. Come and check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been here almost four months, it has been a great summer season with the pool and pool volleyball. The events have been numerous and fun, I’m looking forward to joining even more as the weather gets cooler. I love being in this community, and I highly recommend it. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

I love my apt and the community, I am the type of person that likes to sit on my patio drink my coffee do my word search and smoke a cigarette but of course in the lease this is a non smoking community and I can respect that, but as much as we pay and as long as we do not smoke in the apt I do not see the problem. But I digress. i understand so I smoke in my car to follow the rules, because the best kind d of work is team work.

My feelings about the community is always an awesome experience. I call the office with questions and the ladies are always helpful and pleasant to talk to. The fact that they know so many residents by first name is amazing with the size of the building. I love my home and the peaceful vibes.

Album Huntersville is a community, you will make lots of friends, have fun playing games, swimming or joining in one of the clubs. Album threw the residents a great 4th of July celebration with tons of food (it was so good), music, lots of socializing. The staff is amazing and are always ready to lend a helping hand if you need it. Come and talk to a resident, I have not spoken to one person who is not as happy as I am, you will want to join us.

I’m giving it a 4 primarily because of the trespassing issue that is ongoing. While moving our vehicles around, setting off our car alarms because they have a police scanner and typically leave while I’m still on the phone with dispatch There is also the kids wandering through from the subdivision Cars using our parking lot as a short cut Don’t forget that car they had CSI do their thing before towing it away… While Huntersville PD does great as a deterrent, they aren’t here 24/7 and we have seen the trespasser in the back and cop in front I have not found them to be useful in this situation I must have call 10 times I grew up in a big city known for crime I know how to handle myself and also know that landlords / managers have a duty of care to act to keep tenants safe from third party acts occurring on their premises. What has been done so far is not adequate to meet that duty to care bar. We really do like it here and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
