I’ve been a resident at Album Village Apartments in Henderson, Nevada, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The management consistently handles issues in an unfair and unprofessional way. Instead of communicating respectfully or working with residents to resolve concerns, they rely on threatening letters that create stress rather than solutions. The tone of their notices feels intentionally intimidating, even for minor or unclear issues. When I’ve tried to get clarification, the responses have been dismissive or contradictory. It’s hard to feel comfortable living here when management seems more focused on enforcement than supporting the people who actually live in the community. The property itself has potential, but the way residents are treated overshadows everything. I would not recommend Album Village to anyone who values fair treatment, respectful communication, and a management team that actually listens.

The staff one of them are so friendly and family oriented. You can tell it feels like home can’t see myself leaving anytime soon. i’ve never had such a positive move with everyone happy and hugging and loving even the people that reside here is nice family like.

We are new to Henderson & Album Union Village. We have only been here a week but my husband & I love it here! The staff & other residents are so nice & welcoming to us & our dog Tangie. Our apartment is perfect with a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony, we also love that we can enjoy the swimming pool & hot tub anytime of the day or night. Covered parking is great, all shopping & restaurants are in close vicinity as well as a dog park for our girl Tangie. Thank you so for welcoming us to your community!

So far it has been really enjoyable. Lots of nice residents. The staff makes it enjoyable with all the activities. The property is kept up very nice and the maintenace team is really helpful.

We enjoy the “village” being created here & all staff. The pool & hot tub are greatly appreciated. A putting green would be perfect……. Extra kudos our manager.

The grounds are well-maintained, with areas to gather and/or to sit outside to read. The representatives in the office are very helpful. I've dealt mostly with Oscar Reyes and he is so friendly, informative and sincerely cares about the residents. All issues or requests for maintenance have been handled promptly. Jason is not only efficient, he is very pleasant while he works. So far, everything is working out good.

Everyone, including the staff have been incredibly professional and supportive. I’m impressed! I’ve been to Album Union Village twice already and both times that I’ve gone to their office, I feel as though I’m on vacation.

I wish some of the programs were optional, not mandatory. Also I would really like a putting green. You could put holes in the ground where you have the sand bag game. Have covers to cover them when not in iuse.

From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The unit is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed—with plenty of natural light, great appliances, and a comfortable layout that really makes it feel like home. The building itself is well-maintained and secure, and the amenities are top-notch—whether it’s the fitness center, laundry facilities, or peaceful common areas, everything is kept in great condition. Management is responsive, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood is another huge plus—safe, walkable, and close to everything I need including shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would highly recommend Album to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free living experience. I’m grateful to have found such a great place!

I want give a shout out to Brian Property Manager and staff.. everyone has been very professional, courteous, and friendly.. Many issues have arrived during my stay but has been addressed and worked on making those issues better, it lets me be assured that company is listening to there residents.

The apartment community is very friendly and polite. Everyone seems to enjoy living at the Album, and the people always have big smiles on their faces. They appear to be very comfortable and satisfied with their living arrangements.

My application and move in experience has been wonderful so far. Oscar is special at what he does. My apartment is just what I needed to find. Brand new with remarkable incentives. The transfer of mail electric utility, and the set up of internet is a smooth process in the resident portal. I'm happy and excited to be a part of Album Union Village Thank You!

Have a lot of activities to do. People that work here are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and hot tub are kept up . Byron is always out picking up debris that has blown in from street grounds are kept up

Very happy with our new apartment. Residents are very friendly. Lots of fun interaction. Veronica is a great activities director, always welcoming input from us regarding community events. Office staff, Bryant, Oscar & Andrew, are top notch. Also Jason and Byron in maintenance, willing to help, always with a smile. We highly recommend Album Union Village for all 55+ seeking a new home.

The Album Community it’s clean, seve,new,andwe have gym art class and more. The Album is a place for living;we are close to Cosco Walmart ,Bank and Grocery store.

Stop the parking fee and the pickup trash fee. Because the rent is becoming too high, if the company wants to be fair to the residents try to keep the rent down. !!!!!

I have been living here for 5 months so far. I’m 62, and since I was 18 this is BY FAR the best apartment home I’ve ever lived in. Besides from the beautiful apartment itself, the staff here are so friendly and helpful. I’m just so happy here.

Nice place but some amenities not right for 55+. Shower heads are too high, doors are difficult for arthritic joints. Employees are helpful. Cox internet not a good choice!

Haven't moved in yet, but application experience was easy. Jhane is very helpful and easy to work with help from Andrew and Bryant. I appreciate the time they spent for me doing both virtual and walk thru tours. We look forward to meeting everyone.

Everything is going great so far. I currently live out of state and the staff there has been very helpful. They were gracious enough to take my local family for a tour and to pick my apartment. I'm getting excited to be moving in the middle of December

I have live here for a month now and have no complaints. The community is quite, safe and welcoming. Mangerment and staff are quick to address concerns or issues.

What a nice welcome. Moving was well organized. Album even had sandwiches for our lunch. We love the layout of our apartment & the staff is friendly & caring. We love also the clubhouse & the large swimming pool besides the other amenities.

Everyone here is really nice! They are really helpful if you have any questions. Rooms are very nice.Got a 1 bedroom and very spacious. Swimming pool is large and heated all year.
