The grounds are well-maintained, with areas to gather and/or to sit outside to read. The representatives in the office are very helpful. I've dealt mostly with Oscar Reyes and he is so friendly, informative and sincerely cares about the residents. All issues or requests for maintenance have been handled promptly. Jason is not only efficient, he is very pleasant while he works. So far, everything is working out good.

Everyone, including the staff have been incredibly professional and supportive. I’m impressed! I’ve been to Album Union Village twice already and both times that I’ve gone to their office, I feel as though I’m on vacation.

I wish some of the programs were optional, not mandatory. Also I would really like a putting green. You could put holes in the ground where you have the sand bag game. Have covers to cover them when not in iuse.

From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The unit is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed—with plenty of natural light, great appliances, and a comfortable layout that really makes it feel like home. The building itself is well-maintained and secure, and the amenities are top-notch—whether it’s the fitness center, laundry facilities, or peaceful common areas, everything is kept in great condition. Management is responsive, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood is another huge plus—safe, walkable, and close to everything I need including shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would highly recommend Album to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free living experience. I’m grateful to have found such a great place!

needs to be cleaner around the community,better communication,staff is pretty good,I just wish they would keep a better eye on what kind of clothing people use to go to the pool,long t shirts is not cool

I want give a shout out to Brian Property Manager and staff.. everyone has been very professional, courteous, and friendly.. Many issues have arrived during my stay but has been addressed and worked on making those issues better, it lets me be assured that company is listening to there residents.

The apartment community is very friendly and polite. Everyone seems to enjoy living at the Album, and the people always have big smiles on their faces. They appear to be very comfortable and satisfied with their living arrangements.

My application and move in experience has been wonderful so far. Oscar is special at what he does. My apartment is just what I needed to find. Brand new with remarkable incentives. The transfer of mail electric utility, and the set up of internet is a smooth process in the resident portal. I'm happy and excited to be a part of Album Union Village Thank You!

Have a lot of activities to do. People that work here are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and hot tub are kept up . Byron is always out picking up debris that has blown in from street grounds are kept up

Very happy with our new apartment. Residents are very friendly. Lots of fun interaction. Veronica is a great activities director, always welcoming input from us regarding community events. Office staff, Bryant, Oscar & Andrew, are top notch. Also Jason and Byron in maintenance, willing to help, always with a smile. We highly recommend Album Union Village for all 55+ seeking a new home.
