Staying at Album Monterey has been a rewarding experience. Everything is outstanding . The staff is wonderful, the building is immaculate, the people are very friendly! The rent is reasonable. I couldn't ask for a better apartment to reside in .

I love this place.It full of excellent events every day.The staff are wonderful and the people are great to get along with. We play bingo, and excise like Zumba. We also do stretch and balance exercise.If you want tranquility, this is the place to live at.

We been living here at Album Monterey Pointe for 9 years already. We love this place. Good Management and Neighbors. The Community is located in a very good strategic point, near MD, hospital, health facilities, shopping center. It has many recreational places to go.

As a longtime resident at Album , I must share that this Management Team has been one of the BEST !!! It’s wonderful to feel welcome and saluted by name and as well, my dog Sammie . There planning of events and monthly calendar suits us all and I enjoy the variety in them. Something as simple as a Float Drink , the other day reminded me of my childhood . Thank you for your support and dedication towards us . True blessing!

I have been living at Album Monterey for two years. It is a wonderful,clean friendly place. Everyday there is something to do. Kelvin and Doretha are wonderful always there for you.

We love it here! We moved in on June 1, 2021. It's quiet and peaceful. You can be as active as you like. There are lots of things going on. The location is what attracted us the most. Our apartment is very nice and very comfortable. Everything is right here. Some places are walkable but most require a car or an Uber driver. There is also a Lynx handicap bus that stops here. Many of the doctors provide transportation to and from your appointment. You can find doctors, dentists, podiatrists and dermatologists are only an easy walk away. Also we have an Advent Urgent Care facility right next door.

Love living here. The staff is terrific. There is lots to do and great community interaction. I love the aqua aerobics and being able to swim laps in the early evening.

I have met a lot of people from mostly the northern states, like New York, Michigan or Ohio. They are also from the Islands, Jamaica, Bahamas, Portia Rico and other Islands. Primary language here is English, some speak Spanish only but can understand English, we can communicate still. We can still be kind and spread lots of love to each other. We have a blind resident and everyone helps with guidance. Some of our friends have passed away and some of our friends have moved.

it has been really nice to live here. is closed to my family and to the stores and resturants at the loop. People are very nice. The down side is the rent. People that have been here for a wild rent should be lower. in my oppion thanks

Monterey Pointe is an average community. The appliances are C- quality. The design of the kitchen does not allow the refrigerator door to completely open making it difficult to get items out. The A/C compressor is in the wall and makes more noise than desirable. However, the staff is very competent, friendly and caring. The residents are warm, friendly and smart. The rent fluctuates daily. It depends on the day you sign the lease whether you’ll be happy the rest of the year. There are plenty of activities and most likely one can find what satisfies their heart. All in all, we’d probably do it again based what is available.

I love this place. It such a wonderful place to live. We have plenty of activities to do and the many ethnic groups of people to meet.You never get bored. There’s always something to do, weather in the pool or in the gymnasium.

I enjoyed staff since the day I called from colorado. I wanted to move in right away. Nelida and Calvin were so helpful and kind to me Could not wait to meet them both in person. Love the apartment no noise very relaxing to live here.

I find living here is very comforting and the staff are friendly and supportive. They have a lot of activities that you can become part of such as the garden club, arts and crafts, happy hour, birthday celebration,etc You don't have to be alone.

The location is good with conveniences nearby. The management and maintenance teams are attentive to the residents needs however the corporate reasoned to the needs is slow. Appliances are old and are only repaired…no updated, efficient ones are in the plans. New carpeting has been installed but much needed washers and dryers seem to be unavailable for consideration. It is inconvenient when the washer fails during a wash cycle and a dryer takes more than an hour to dry a light weight load. There is a great group of residents here, they are friendly and the friendships are warm.

Even though I haven't moved in yet , I'm so excited for moving day . Kelvin & Nilda made the application process so easy . Nilda took me on the tour of the place and I absolutely love it . Great amenities, activities planned daily, the appartment is perfect . Just an all around good experience. Looking for to living here.

I have been here 8 years it has been great at times and not so great broken elevators , broken security gates, continuous change of staff . Very high Rent for seniors who have to move out because they are on Social Security fixed income . We do have a lot of activities and social events. Unfortunately I have to move out because I can’t afford the rent anymore. ?

The management is horrible. Two months ago they excitedly said that the entire building will have new carpets. Two months later there are no new carpets. Stop promising and can't deliver.

The elevators had not been working for a while and that cause concerns and problems going down stair or doing out side activity. We are senors and have problems with are knees or other things going on with our health.

This is place is no longer the same. Everything centered on getting more money from the tenant. Maintenance used to be on top of their game. The carpets in the hallway are dirty . Having trash in the hallway is better so we can get extra $25.00 from the tenants. Even an extra fee is added to the Flex program

We have lived here for 3.5 years and like it more than we did when we first moved in. We are appreciative of the quality of the lifestyle. It's as peaceful and serene as you choose it to be. There are activities to keep you occupied if you want to do them. Everything you need is within a 7-mile radius. There are many, many doctors and dentists in walking distance. Very convenient! The variety of stores is great! Will cover most of whatever you want/need to buy. There two Ross stores, as well as two Five Below stores less than 2 miles from each other. Grocery stores are Publix, Walmart Supercenter, and Fresh Market. Both of the most popular craft stores are close by as well. To sum it all up... we're here to stay!

My experience here has been positive. Because I have a part time I miss day activities but I am able to participate on those at 3:00 and after. Whenever I’ve needed things addressed inside my apartment they have been corrected. Staff is very competent, friendly and professional.

We are satisfied with our community life here. The management, maintenance and residents share in like interests for a safe and clean life style. There are fun and helpful activities throughout each month. The residents and management meet each month for updates and information about any changes that may be occurring. Also providing Q&A by both parties, what residents/management ideas and suggestions may have.

Our experience here is amazing. There are so many activities ( such as new arts and crafts, garden club, outdoor fun)to be involved in. The Manager and his staff keeps the us updated and always have a smile. This is a great place to live.

This is the best community to live in for a senior. The office staff is great and the maintenance staff is also wonderful. We have the best activities and events happening right here and they are getting better and better every day. You will not find a better place to live if you are 55 and over anywhere. I love it here and I have been living here for 2 1/2 years. I am never moving.

Unfortunately, I have an extremely noisy neighbor above me. Noisy dog down the hall barks a lot when the outside door closes. Still waiting for a ramp to be put in by the front door.

We love our community. Everyone is friendly. There’s always an event. No one stays hungry lol. Kelvin and Nilda also Deborah make sure they fulfill our needs. Calvin is young and energetic, understanding and compassionate. We love them all.

It is a very quiet place for people who need to rest and feel at home, the maintenance workers are excellent and are always attentive to any eventuality that happens in the apartment, and the building manager is very friendly and helpful.

It’s a nice community the location is great! Close to the Loop plenty of shopping. Close to Disney. The community is clean. The security could be better. Staff changes every year. But they are always polite.

The staff in the front office are incredible. They are very friendly and welcoming and try to solve any problems that may arise. The maintenance department is excellent the building and grounds our lovely it is a joy to live here.

I lived in Monterey Pointe for 4 years and I was very happy here. I have been visiting my family in Brazil where I have spent the last 9 months. Now I'm back and again I'll be living here in Monterey Pointe. I think this says how good this condominium is.

Pleasant place to live it has basic amenities The community is near plenty of shopping and eating places doctors and hospitals. Staff at the community is always accommodating the new staff as well. Staff changes every year. The building is being kept clean, but could be better theres things that need improvement like the carpeting but overall it’s a decent place to live.

above my unit is very noisy, it sounds like a giant is walking most of the time, sound like furniture is pushing, loud dropping sounds that make you startle. The hallway is noisy around evening.

Still a great place to live for the most part just disagree with some policies. My disagreement is with their vicious breed list. Viciousness is a result of training the American Kennel Club has proven. Florida is one of the states that has law against breed discrimination but not for private companies.

Some of the apartments have items outside the door that takes up the hallway space. We’ve been told multiple times that that is not allowed but management still fails to have them remove it.
