We have only been residents for two weeks, but we already feel comfortable and happy with our apartment and with everything associated with the Album facililty, especially the four members of the staff - Terrika, Cameo, Xavier, and Carl - that we interact with. We love our apartment itself, the friendly culture of the place, and the warmth people have (generally) for our two dogs.

Apartment is designed well and light through the windows provides both warmth and lovely ambiance. I love the diversity of my neighbors and how welcoming they have been. My tree so small pups have made friends both people and other dogs. I can already seen what a great decision we made.

I moved to Album Matthews in June 2026. I am enjoying my new apartment, the amenities, the activities provided and meeting new residents. Everything is wonderful!

So far the experience has been very positive. We look forward to some answers to our questions prior to our move in date of 01 October. Residents we have met have been positive about the experience.

I like the people I have met so far. As the community continues to unite, I will enjoy the experience even more. What would be an interesting game for game night? Can we start a Saturday game day when the college football season starts? Can we do a March madness days in March? Can we have Q&A sessions with the community on difficulties that we are having with things in our Apartment (i.e., our cable, our internet service). Can we initiate a Q&A session for those new to the community?

After moving in, I discovered it was everything I hoped for, and more! I was apprehensive about moving to an apartment from a house, but it’s been wonderful. There are great events daily…something to look forward to every day.

Very good experience and people seem very professional and helpful. Location is very good and easier access to almost anything. A new building with very good styling and colors.

Album Matthews is a top tier luxury senior living community. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing it also gives a warm and beautiful feeling on the inside. Each time I enter the community I become more calm. The staff are amazing people as well. Very professional yet friendly and helpful.

I am thrilled with Album Matthews. I moved from Northern Michigan and I feel welcomed by both staff and residents alike. The facility offers so many different things, I would be hard pressed to choose just one thing as a favorite.Today, the morning started with a staff prepared Waffle Bar…such fun. The staff goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.
