Album Marana has everything you could imagine to keep life fun! The pool, the gym, the theater, the craft room and our main gathering area. The new community garden is amazing. Hello my beginnings here were a bit difficult with a few setbacks, it was so nice to know that everything I needed was here. As I never lived in an apartment I wasn't sure if it would be the right fit for me, but it has been the best fit for me. The surroundings are beautiful as is my apartment. It's so nice to know if I want to travel I can leave everything and it will all be safe. There are always activities to do both here and in Tucson. My journey here was a well thought out decision, and I'm so happy I decided to move here, as is my daughter. I look forward to more great times, more friends and hopefully a new dog soon. ???️❤️

Living at Album is a wonderful experience. We are a community of diverse individuals who care for and about each other. In addition, every time I have had a maintenance need it has been handled immediately.

Excellent staff, great amenities and fantastic residents/neighbors. Staff is available to assist residents as needed. Provides tech sessions to teach residents how to use the available technologies. Great clubs to join for residents along with scheduled games sessions, etc. Great participation of residents at scheduled events thereby making easy and friendly socialization available.

Everything has been good. One thing that bothered me was the time it has taken to repair the power to the doors. Security is one of the priorities that I'm concerned about.

Love my new apartment. It’s bigger than I expected. I have met a few of my neighbors. Looking forward to the activities here at Album Marana, chair yoga, bingo and coffee and donuts on Monday. The staff is also very friendly.

It's been 9 months for me... living at Album Marana and the experience has been wonderful! The staff is professional and friendly, providing unique and fun activities. The community is a mixture of people from all different backgrounds and locations. The best thing about living here is the community of welcoming, friendly, kind, fun loving, and happy people who take part in community activities. Socializing (which has never been easy for me), laughing and having fun is an integral part of everyday life here at Album Marana for me! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

So far everything has been quite nice. I have a nice apartment, and not many times have I had to write a request for service in my apt. When I have the service has been done in short period of time. I'm very happy in this community. My only reason for less than perfect rating is due to the security doors and gates not working. The people in the office are very friendly and we always have plenty of things to do all week.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and attentive to our needs. Any maintenance request are answered immediately. My main difficulty is with the corporation itself, GreyStar. I experience that at the corporate level there is not an understanding of the needs of individuals who are part of a 55+ active adult community. In addition, they want everything to be monolithic throughout their facilities instead of having the flavor of where it is located. The actual living here is fabulous.

Great living here. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Maintenance is super and everything is always so clean!! Staff bends over backwards to keep everything running smoothly. All the amenities are great and so fun!!

The facilities are new and are kept up by diligent maintenance. The office staff are genuinely customer oriented. The residents are friendly and helpful to each other. Overall, this creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Over a year here and the enjoyment is still the same, and the community spirit strengthens each day. Health and fitness since moving in has increased significantly, and the enjoyment of all the wellness activities increase’s continually. Great move, great place to live!

Excellent facility and staff for those 55+.Plenty of activities and social gatherings that allow for maximum residents interactions. Great monthly entertainment presented by Album Marana staff that’s attended by many of the residents.

I have lived at Album Marana since the end of October and I find the facilities and apartment that I am in are very nice. The apartment I believe was brand new when I moved in. I have a two bedroom which is very spacious for me. I haven't got involved in many of the activities at Album because I have been in the process of selling my home, and have been tied up with the care of getting it ready for sale. I hope that once I have sold the home I can enjoy the facilities and people that live in the complex. I have only had to do just a couple of maintenance requests and when I did the service was either taken care of the first day or the next business day. The maintenance people that I have come in contact with have been very nice and and professional.

Since moving in almost 2 months ago, I've had nothing but great experiences with both staff and residents I've met. The office staff and the maintenance staff has been professional and helpful every time I needed them. The facility is beyond wonderful! I love my apartment and I'm looking forward to many happy years in this awesome community!

Staff to neighbors are so friendly! I feel like I am at a resort☀️So beautiful and clean! The pool is just breathtaking. I love the events! So, nice to socialize with my neighbors and never have to leave. Not to mention it’s very quiet. I have found my forever home.

The Album, facility is great for all the healthy options and community facilities available. A couple of things that should have been improved which has caused some residents to move, is the sound insulation between apartments, especially from the ceilings, and walls. For just a small increase in the original cost, this complaint by many residents could have been reduced considerably. ‘It’s apartment living’, is not acceptable for retired residents who spend more time in their apartments, which makes this feature very important, especially if there are disable residents who cannot avoid the noise from some of their equipment, but is avoidable. The other is the cost of the WiFi which is a no choice addition, more expensive than buying individually, and the cost of billing additional to the actual cost if the utility’s. These additional costs for generating the bill can be ‘half’ the actual bill cost, which seems a bit unfair. I hope these comments will be considered going forward.

We LOVE our AM apartment! We have met so many wonderful, caring people and have made some good friends. The staff is special—they know everyone’s names. The staff is responsive, helpful, friendly, and professional. The activities are fun and well planned. This is țruly a fantastic place to live.

Living at Album Marana is my first experience living in a 55+ active community. I have been pleasantly surprised how much I enjoy the various activities which in turn engender opportunities for socializing. As a result, in a short time I have formed many friendships.

I'm happy with the apartment. I wish the shower head aimed straight down instead of out. I appreciate how the guys have come so quickly and are friendly. The complex is well maintained and the grounds are neat and clean.

Excellent staff and neighbors are great! However, would recommend a water softener due to the extremely hard water here in Marana. The hard water not only affects the building piping system but results in excessive film on dishes washed in dishwasher, stains in toilet and skin dryness from showering. Lastly would recommend immediate repair of elevator #2, which has been out of operation since 12/12/2024, approaching three (3) weeks. Given this is a 55+ community, with residents experiencing mobility issues, it becomes a challenge getting to the other two operating elevators which are a distance away for those who are mobility challenged.

Not happy that the #2 elevator is still out of service. I love my apartment and it's location. Very pleased with the valet trash service. I like the ease of retrieving my mail and packages.

Album Marana just gets better and better! Great events from which to choose, or do them all! Gabulous staff and wonderful residents have created a warm, welcoming community. Building and pool are very clean and well maintained.

I am recovering from a back surgery. The front office is so kind that they let them through the lock door. If they did not, I’d have to get up get out my door and get to the lock door. I thank you so much for that.

We moved into our Album Marana apartment in June and have had such a wonderful experience. We had a couple of items that needed attention after we moved in and they were taken care of immediately. The other residents that we have met have been friendly and welcoming. The office staff is fantastic and have planned so many great activities. We’ve enjoyed the pool, the gym, and the movie theater several times. We love it here at Album Marana and so glad we chose it.

I was fascinated with Album Marana’s overall program especially the many opportunities to socialize and meet your neighbors. Secondly I like the concept of the residents preparing their own meals since I have a special diet of vegetables, fruits and nuts.

My apartment itself is very nice. I love the construction. I feel like it is a very nice quality and design. Location is Good. Near a bike path, a large park, grocery stores and gas. The management I feel is very new and immature. I feel a very hateful vibe coming from that Office and I try to avoid it. You can’t always though, though because some things have to be worked out and it’s always difficult. This is unfortunate, but it is what it is.

Living at Album, with others of a similar age group and mentality, has been so fulfilling and interesting. There are so many things to do additional to the gym, swimming pool, theatre, and lounge area for get together, for coffee or social meetings and entertainment. The Marana facility is also within and easy walk to supermarkets, doctors and restaurants making life even easier for those not wanting to drive. The staff are really caring and go that extra mile to make us welcome and part of this community and organise so many additional things to do on and offsite. What’s not to like!

Album Marana is a great place to live and make new friends. If you have a disability, a drawback is not all entrance and exit doors are accessible. This can be particularly troublesome when you are trying to go through the door from the mail room.

Album Marana is wonderful! The apartments are beautiful and quiet. The residents have been very friendly and welcoming. The staff is amazing and so helpful and know all the residents’ names. They are constantly looking for ways to improve and encourage more activities for the residents. We’re so happy we chose AM.

I have been a resident for less than a year, and I'm convinced that I made an excellent choice in coming to Album Marana. Much of that conviction centers around the staff and each person's concern and commitment to the welfare of all residents. They go out of their way to provide a community setting that welcomes everyone. I have lived in other adult (55+) communities and this one is the best.

It’s nice to have a place that you can call home. My cat even likes it. She loves to sit on top of my chair and looks out the window and falls asleep. What a life. My spirit is at peace here. I am starting to sleep better because I feel like I can slow down here. Thank you for letting me share.

The swimming pool should not be open to the public ever. It should be available only to residents. The management has sold us out by opening up the pool to the public. It’s our rent money that pays for that pool and we’re not getting to use it. Huge fail. other than the swimming pool, these are very overpriced tiny little apartments with nothing else of interest in a not so great neighborhood with a lot of traffic. The swimming pool is the main attraction and the management opened it up to the public and sold us out. Huge huge fail. People my age can live in any kind of apartment. We choose to live in a 55+ community to get away from children. It’s completely insensitive to open the pool up to children. Selfish and wrong. This is not a daycare. This is a 55+ community. The pool is a saltwater pool. Management needs to be aware of that and be extra careful not to allow any extra use. That is absolutely necessary because saltwater pools don’t kill germs like traditional pools.

Our move to Album has been seamless! The location of Album is great for shopping and the park and walking/biking are a bonus. The apartment is a perfect size and the views from our balcony are wonderful. We love sitting out in the morning and enjoying our cop of coffee!

Several noise-related issues were discovered shortly after moving in. For the most part, the loud or no mufflers/racing engines was nearly intolerable when we first moved in. Garbage trucks picking up garbage on Leilani St. at 4:30 in the morning was also a concern. Muffler/engine noise has subsided somewhat, and it seems the police will be monitoring in the future. Garbage trucks have stopped their loud beeping when backing up. Kitchen cabinets need adjusting. On the "bright" side, there are windows, windows, windows -- which means lots of light. Fantastic.

We love living here and meeting new residents. Our Bridge club is going well and we are having fun with it. We are inviting new residents to our home for lunch and getting better aquainted. Donuts and information meetings on Mondays are good!
