Meet The Album Team

Being in property management for more than 14 years, in both on-site and national level positions, and been trained and developed by the best in the business. I understand the importance of being part of the management team here at Album Marana and the commitment I am making to all of my prospects, future residents, and their families. Whether you need help finding a new home, making sure our maintenance team is making all necessary repairs promptly, or if you are looking for something new to try in town. I am confident my team and I have the knowledge and skills to make your apartment home experience an exceptional one.

When I am not working on-site, I enjoy spending time with my family, 5 rescue dogs, and waiting for the Tucson Festival of Books and Gem Show to arrive. I love all things Tucson and Marana; I have a deep appreciation for the history and culture that shapes the city; I am always looking for ways for my properties to be connected to the community and how we can give back as well. Not to mention a proud alumni of The University of Arizona. BEARDOWN!

Being in property management for 20 years, I started in the maintenance department & then made my way into the office. I then made my way up to becoming a property manager. I have learned that my skills are better approached in the office setting. I am a people person. I have enjoyed getting to know the diversity in people and giving them the best customer service experience. I understand the importance of having a wonderful place to call home. I am very excited to be a part of the Album Marana team and understand the significance of my commitment to all prospects, residents, and their families.

When I am not in the office, I am tending to my garden! I love nature to the fullest extent. The beauty of plants & nature surrounds a happy mind. I have six dogs, who are the love of my life. Born & Raised in Tucson, I love everything Tucson has to offer. I enjoy the outdoors and sunny days! I am a happy, cheerful, goofy individual that loves to bring a smile to your face.

I have experience across a wide range of maintenance and HVAC environments, including conventional housing, hotels, retirement communities, and student housing. My background in the trades began in the hospitality industry as a houseman and utility worker, and has since progressed to HVAC installation, repair, and system maintenance. Over time, I have developed a versatile skill set that spans general maintenance, life safety systems, and work within retirement and skilled nursing facilities.

Throughout my career, I have learned the importance of professionalism, adaptability, and situational awareness in the workplace. I take pride in my ability to understand expectations, communicate effectively, and interact respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I strongly believe that excellent customer service is essential to the success of any facility. I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given and am proud to be part of the Album Marana community.

I value maintaining a healthy balance between my professional and personal life. Outside of work, I dedicate much of my time to music and my faith. My commitment to my faith and family guides my work ethic and motivates me to consistently exceed expectations, both personally and professionally.

Being in the property management world for over 8 years, I started as a part-time leasing consultant and worked my way up into various leadership positions. Being on-site as the Lifestyle Coordinator has given me the opportunity to combine my experience in operations and my creative side to create events that foster connection and community for residents.

I’m grateful to be a part of the Album Marana team and feel honored to be a catalyst in bringing folks from all walks of life together and supporting the creation of a sense of belonging.

Outside of Album Marana, I like to stay physically active by going to the gym daily and attending a weekly meet up of the University of Arizona running club. I also take online classes at University of Arizona (Bear Down!), and when I’m relaxing, I enjoy journaling, reading or playing with my dog, Milo. I’m also a Phoenix native so I drive back home often to spend time with my family and hang out with my friends!

My name is Will McDonald, and I am a lifelong resident of Tucson. I have been working in the maintenance industry for over three years, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of tasks and responsibilities. I particularly enjoy working on plumbing issues and maintaining pool systems, where I can apply my skills to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently. I have been with my current team for nearly three years and value the experience and growth I have gained during that time.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and creative. I play the fiddle, enjoy hiking, and like playing basketball in my free time. These interests help me maintain a balanced lifestyle and bring a positive, energetic approach to both my personal and professional life.
