We’ve lived at Album Keller Ranch four years and enjoy the community. The social events are always fun and a great way to meet new residents and build friendships. The Community Manager and staff are always very helpful if I have a problem.

Why have our sidewalks never been cleared of ice and snow during the recent storm? They are a terrible hazard. I’m not asking for snowplows to clean the parking lots, but I don’t understand why nothing has been done to de-ice the sidewalks so many pet owners have to use several times a day.

I totally enjoy my apartment, it is spacious and quite comfortable. Also easy to keep clean, and the large windows are great. I have also met some very nice people here, that I would now call friends. There are many fun things set up for all of us.

Wonderful place to live. Staff & Management are so friendly . Residents are always there to help you if needed and so friendly. A lot of activities for everyone gripu classes. If anything goes wrong in your apartment turn around time is quick to get it fixed.

A resident can be whatever she/he desires here. Some of us who are introverts are quite content, and others who are extroverts are equally happy here. I feel safe here, and that’s quite important to me.

I feel very blessed to have found Album Keller Ranch apartments. They are modern and updated. My apartment was very clean and had a coziness feel to it before I even moved in. The office and maintenance crews are both on top of things and the residents are very friendly.

Excellent in-house activities, like exercise classes, table games and water aerobics. Management personnel fabulous always smiling and available when i have needed help.

I moved into my new apartment on April 1 of 2025 and was warmly met by several residents my very first few days There are so many activities that I can take part in from something as simple as coffee and chat in the morning to bingo on Wednesday evenings or happy hour on Friday nights and other special events. It truly is a special place to live.

Going on three years, Great place to live. Have made a lot of friends. Very clean, lots of activities. The staff is great,loving to all. Very nice apartments with everything you need. Great swimming pool.

I’ve lived here four years and I’ve no intention of moving. As long as my rent stays reasonable and I stay healthy, this is my home. I love my apartment. Management is great and maintenance takes good care of me, what more can I ask? Oh yes, I have great friends. Makes me one happy lady

We are on our second year here at Album and this year is even better than the first. The facility run activities have improved dramatically since there has been a new staff implemented. It's been really great! Love the new staff! Comfortable, beautiful apartments and grounds. Amenities are perfect. Very happy to have signed on for a second year.

In general, I am happy with my life here at Album Keller Ranch. The people I know are friendly and kind. From time to time, there are issues that need to be dealt with, and that usually happens. However, I do get frustrated with some of the communications. As a monthly calender of events is passed out, it is followed by cancellations and rescheduling. It is hard to know what is actually going to happen.

Many issues need to be addressed quickly and resolved just as quickly. A door to the parking lot was broken for 3 months and finally Album was forced to get it fixed by the City Compliance officer and Album used local repairmen to do the job. This could have been done as soon as the door was broken and my wife made the suggestion of finding a local who could fix the door. It fell on deaf ears, which seems the norm here. This was a safety issue as well because anyone could have come in the door without using a fob and a fellow putting flyers on each door was escorted out after having come in through the broken door.

The current management is proactive & response. The facility is safe, quiet & friendly. Parking is a negative & wish it would be addressed. Again, this is supposed to be an "active" community, but I see several walkers & electric scooters about. Overall, this is a nice apartment complex.

Disappointed the sidewalk to my car was never cleared of ice/snow by maintenance so I could safely walk to my car. Very dangerous, and I was stuck here several days waiting for the sun to melt it sufficiently.

Overall a good experience. Made new friends. Disappointed in the turnover in Site Mangement Team (3 times since April 2024) and the cutbacks on community activities.

I enjoy the residents and the socializing. I also like the office staff. They are knowledgeable, pleasant, and willing to help solve problems. The maintenance staff ensure work orders are completed quickly.

I am having no problems with the community, when I had a problem, it was taken care of quickly and professionally. Had a paint problem when we moved in, the sink fell, and it was fixed also the disposal was replaced, the door lock was fixed so it would lock, and the shower door was replaced.

We recently celebrated our Veterans. There was a good group of residents and we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent. Our new staff served us.

I have lived here for over 3!years and have had a great experience. There are numerous activities, maintenance is prompt when requested, and the people in the office have always been very helpful. I would not want to live anywhere else.

It quiet & safe, residents are very friendly. Complex is kept clean. Mail area is nice for packages. Negatives: Rent is too high for this community. Mgmt needs quicker response to issues.

New manager is taking away the donation table where the residents trade house-wear items and such for free. We all enjoy that experience and it benefits everyone. I am not happy that it is just one more thing that Album wants to eliminate.

I enjoy living here. It’s close to shopping, dining, and medical facilities. I've only a few times to send work tickets for repairs within the apartment so that is a good point. I enjoy the activities in the clubhouse.

Album Keller Ranch is a pleasant 55+ Community that allows residents to enjoy many activities as well as to be fully active in their own interests outside the community. The facility is attractive, clean, and welcoming. There are many activities planned for residents. There are times when the communication of those activities is unclear-- frequent postponements or cancellations.

Not an Active community there are many persons living here that should be in a nursing home! Families put them here because it is cheaper and the rental office lets them. We are advertised as a Active Adult Community but Album is far from it!

Love it more everyday. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities going on. Love my appointment. Pet friendly. Very clean everywhere you look. Pool is heated and kept very clean. Neighbors are very friendly and willing to help each other.
