Enjoy the activities.The morning continental breakfast is good.The happy hours are fun though it seems to be getting less food as me move in time.The gym equipment needs a few more pieces but I think they have been ordered. Maintenance has been great.

very nice accomodations and people we meet are very friendly. So nice and quiet. Lots of activities to do or not depending on your preference. Like that the mail is indoors and easily accessible, along with package room.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. Especially all the four legged residents. I like how friendly they are. The staff are all willing to accommodate any issue we may have.

Disappointed that I can't put in a railing along one step to serve a daughter who has MS and going up steps and down is hard to do. The railing would be in our courtyard so no other residents would be affected. I was told since she wasn't a resident it couldn't be done. We were going to pay for it ourselves, so there would be no cost to The Album. I would think that The Album would be sensitive to handicapped individuals needs. This is more than disappointing.

I love living here! My apartment is so nice and cozy, and everyone is so friendly. There is always something to do. The location in Indian Lakes is also a big plus. The staff is so helpful and kind, also.

I've been an Album resident for over 3 years and have been overall very pleased. The apartments are very comfortable, the facilities and activities available are very nice. My only relatively consistent complaint has been the maintenance which began very quick and capable, slipped in the last year to something that was untrustworthy/incompetent. I understand that recent changes will improve that.

Just signed our 3rd lease! We are still enjoying this community and our location! Can’t wait for what new adventures come this year! The heated pool is still one of our favorite features!

Lisa and Jane are always helpful and such fun individuals. They'll always stop what they're doing to listen to concerns or just to provide a quick solution.

I'm nearing 3 years at Album and it has been a positive and very comfortable experience. I enjoy the facility, the neighbors and the proximity to downtown Nashville and the many other nearby amenities.

The new team is great! We all appreciate Jane so much. And Lisa and Matthew and Kyle and Katherine, of course, the OG is amazing. The things that I don’t care so much for, you cannot do anything about. It is far from a 55 and active community. I definitely thought it would be people in their 60’s and early 70s!

Living here is wonderful. I have some concern with neighbors do not control their barking dogs. Also slow repair of leaking roofs and bad repairs

I met with Kathrine, she gave me a tour of The Album and all the amenities, she was supper sweet, professional and helpful! The Album was very impressive by the cleanliness and all of its amenities it has to offer. Everyone was very welcoming.

I love having all our amenities on first floor. Everything is just steps away including the pool! Always enjoy attending happy hour and catching up we other neighbors! I work most days but I love the location here!

Thus far I'm pleased with the community. Two things i would like: sidewalk broken on the Northside near the the double doors. It's difficult getting cart, walker up on the curb. Two, the flower bed in front of building needs refurbishing.

Quick reaction by maintenance to take care of a power issue. Even though I had solved the issue myself, it was still great to know that if I couldn't have that maintenance was swift to respond.

I've been here 2.5years now and the community has evolved very comfortably. Management/staff are friendly and capable. Other than a couple of relatively minor issues maintenance is competent. I'm happy to be here and hope to remain for quite a while

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Looking forward to living at Album Indian Lake. Beautiful units and community. Elevators on each floor is a major plus.

I enjoy living at Album. I'm making connections and enjoying the activities. The loction is idea and close to my doctors and where I most of my business. I love being near the library and shops.

I would like to see more games and events in the early evening. The staff has been helpful when needed. Items and repairs that have been needed sometimes take months to be resolved.

Maintenance staff is especially helpful and the office personnel are always upbeat and friendly. The residents are also friendly. I do wish breakfast was provided five days a week.

I am especially happy to be here at this time of cold weather! I don’t have to go out in the elements to have fun with neighbors or watch a good movie or football game! I’m very excited to say I have a referral moving in soon! I wish I was able to market more! When I see someone walk in, I want to be able to sit down with them so bad! I love marketing, it runs in my blood!

Good amenities, responsive staff, friendly residents. The balcony is a nice touch. Heated pool is a extra feature not usually found. Plenty of planned activities

If you are 55 and active, you will be a minority. It is an Alternative Living Alternative. More of people over 75 and Not Active. Try another living alternative.

Excellent from start to finish. Katherine was great. The only problem was Lea Ann’s signature on the lease wouldn’t go in electronically so she had to sign her name 48 times.

It’s hard to believe we have been here a year already! Just renewed our lease and excited to spend another year here. Our location is great, we are in walking distance to the library, movies and multiple restaurants! Closer to home, we continue to participate in happy hour and craft events! Our 2 bedroom floor plan with a balcony has been a perfect space after downsizing from our home in Florida! We are looking forward to year 2 and more adventures and friendships!

Clean and cozy apartments. Helpful and friendly staff, giving prompt attention to residents' needs. Planned activities but privacy respected. Nice amenities. Convenient location, close to all necessities.

As the property filled up the quality diminished. The pool has black stuff growing in it. Adding more pay to park spaces. Happy hour budget has been slashed. Stairwells don’t get cleaned regularly.

I like the community feel that Album offers. Plenty of things to do ie exercise, games, movies, outdoor games and Happy hour. With all that being said we need Security at night. We have a building of 55+ residence and no Security.

Album isn’t doing so well lately, seems more like Assisted Living way too many wheelchair and walkers ,also even oxygen occupancies. These residents are cranky older people. No actual active living.

I have been very comfortable living here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have had no complaints and all the residence seem to be happy living here.

I realized after I moved here that, I'm not ready for a sitting like this. I still enjoy my freedom and movement more. Most of the people here are mid to late 70's and I'm still younger than anyone her.

I can’t believe it’s been nine months now, pretty settled into living here and work. Meeting neighbors at different events. Happy hour always a hit! I enjoy instructing craft classes and preparing afternoon lemonades for our other residents. I love our location and walking to movies and shops too! ☺️

My residency is just shy of four months now! I have made so many acquaintances in that time, it amazes me! I have come to realize that we dwell as one big family. So much like my childhood being one of seven, different personalities, various quirks in personalities, others may have some age related restrictions or health issues, but, so do I! Im thankful to say I can care about others even though i don’t always understand their actions. I know this, The Album is a wonderful place to call home! The staff is incredibly caring and helpful! We do like to party and play but our Manager, Amy Raines has never had to come out to tell us, “OK, GO TO YOUR ROOMS! Although, that wouldn’t be much punishment for me, gazing from my balcony with my puppy overlooking the courtyard! LIFE IS GOOD!

Took a long time to get the electrical worked out. Apparently the electrical had never been inspected. Nice amenities like breakfast several days a week.

Christina , Katherine, Connie are great … they are always there when you need them….Dean and I feel like we have known them for a long time… hard workers ……meeting sweet neighbors always willing to help each other..??

Although i've been here least than a month i found the residents friendly, building clean and the the outdoor lighting exceptional. I feel safe in the hallway, and parking lot and walking from my car into the building. Lots of activities which is good.
