The staff is attentive, care about the residents, and do all they can to make our life pleasant here at Album. They plan fun events and keep things active. The community is clean and well maintained. Landscaping is beautiful, colorful, and well taken care of.

Having just moved in last week, we are so pleased with the friendliness of the residents and staff. The community is very well maintained and there are so many activities to choose from to stay connected.

Recently moved from one apartment to another within Album. Office staff made the move effortless. They answered all our questions and had the paperwork and keys waiting for us. Several of our friends (other residents) helped with the move which helped tremendously. These are the people you will meet if you decide that Album should be your new home. Love our new apartment! We are in the Villas which are very quiet and it comes with a garage which is a big plus with the Arizona sun. Can’t go wrong choosing Album Cooley Station

Great place to live! Great staff friendly residents. Love the pool & weight room. Close to restaurants, shopping & groceries. Lots of activities on sight for residents.

Office staff always makes time to discuss any and every issue. Maintenance is top notch. Most work orders are closed in less than 24 hours. They also are adding events and updating current events.

Our first weeks have included meeting several friendly and welcoming residents, attending events and learning about our new community. There are a wide variety of activities to select from depending on your interests and the staff is very helpful, answering our questions and helping us understand how things operate at Album.

Some good some bad. Dog park too small. No shade for owners or dogs. No railings going down he steps from the patios to side walk on the apartments parallel to E Somerton Blvd--- a big safety deficiency. Ovens not self cleaning. No commercial size washer or dryer to wash comforters or rugs in. Need an ATM machine. Need s stamp machine.

The staff is so helpful. They respond quickly, answer my questions, and always make me feel special and valued. They always have time for me, and I never feel rushed. They are always there to help.

Lack of communication by staff member. Mr Ear Lusk delivered items for me, asked she let apartment 2087 know they arrived this was on Monday 10/27/2025. I was to take these 3 small items on trip to St Louis. Friends later found them sitting mail room , no name just aprt number.

Have been here about 2 weeks. Love our apartment. Everyone so friendly wanting to make sure you are included. Heated pool fantastic. The Gilbert neighborhood is convenient. Most everything you want or need is less than 2 miles away. Well run in a fantastic part of Gilbert

We have moved to Album Cooley Station full time now and are really enjoying it here. We are getting more involved with the activities at Album and still meeting new people. The exercise classes are wonderful for all ages and their activity level. I recommend this community to my relatives and friends.

We continue to enjoy living at Album Cooley Station. We enjoy several activities - chair volleyball, bingo, Happy Hour, movies in the theater are a few. We’ve made some really close friendships. I enjoy working out in the gym. The administration is always supportive and responsive. Maintenance has always been prompt and efficient. Any negatives we experienced have been very minimal and not worthy of mentioning. We plan on continuing to live here for a long time.

My move in is in 5 days but customer service is great so far. I have had to call to get help setting up all my different apps that you offer and I’ve been patiently helped thru everything.

Staff members are awesome! Very friendly and hellpful. Residents are welcoming. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Clubhouse is inviting, offering many things to do.

The staff do a great job and also are cheerful .I am very fortunate to live in an apartment that is quite. I have great neighbors. I like I can walk to the grocery close by. I join in on a number of weekly activities because I like being with other residents.

I love living at Album at Cooley Station! The location in Gilbert for me is excellent. I can walk to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. My grandkids are welcome here as we swim in the very large pool quite often. The entire staff is professional and prompt . I renewed my lease for another year.

The staff genuinely care about the residents, and the community activities have given me opportunities to connect with others and build meaningful friendships. I don't participate in many of the activities as i am busy with family who live in the area. The management team is very good. Clubhouse is always very clean.

We have been living at Album for one and a half years and are still enjoying all of the activities. We have made great friends also. The activities are varied and cover a wide array of interests allowing for things we want to join in.

I like living at Album. Good location for me, close to two daughters. Shopping close. Lots of restaurants are close by. Maintenance easy to notify, make repairs effectively and timely. Only thing that bothers me is high rent!!

Even though I don't particate n the awesome activities I still LOVE LIVING HERE!!! I am living my best life at Album Cooley Station!! I'm back working @ night and I feel safe coming home to my resort living space.....LOL.

Question a few of changes made by Album Cooley. Friday Happy happy Hour was change for a special event (one time). But never put back to 4:30PM. Resident believe this is to early and should be returned to 4:30 or even 5PM.

The Staff is always so friendly and helpful. The grounds are meticulously kept groomed. we love the pool area and Pickleball court along with the workout room. We also enjoy the selection of free books to use.

So far we are having a great experience here at Album Cooley. The residents are friendly but most importantly to us is the office staff, Melinda and Kate are always helpful and always very nice. Also Buddy is great! He is always right on top of getting requests done efficiently!

There is always something to do in the clubhouse with friends and residents. Staff is very friendly. My favorite is Saturday coffee chat . So come join us and have some fun.

Love living here with all the amazing friends I have made. I love playing cards and at Album I play different card games 4 to 5 times a week. I have taught my friends to play Mah Jongg an Hand and Foot. My friends have become my family.

Living here is great! Plenty of activities and very nice people. I have made great friends. Love the parties! Would like more shade around the pool, edison lights over the grill area to shut off or dim at 10 pm, TV over the fireplace, and a bathroom near the pool (possibly in the pet spa).

The club house is too large. Not cozy or warm. Office should not be part of the club house. Dog park too small. No share for dogs or owners du the hot Summer. One maintenance man nice the other older one is rude and not knowledgeable. Need a Lifestyle coordinator that lasts.

Fantastic place to live. Very quiet and clean! Staff is great. No complaints. So conveniently located close to so many other businesses. It is quite honestly the premier place to live.

I am pleased with my apt. People are nice. There is a lot of resident led activities/fuctions. I am disappointed that you are letting plants and some trees die. The have no water! Even cactus will die with NO water ever!

I’ve made good friends, I like the amenities, great location. Staff turnover has been outrageous! Please elevate Kate to the manager’s job! Let’s get some stability here, please. Whatever training she may need to be fully qualified, she will more than capably master. Also, while the maintenance guys are great, the same things keep going wrong, time after time. Let’s get them fixed once and forever, please.

I still like it here, but it seems things are slipping a bit. I’ve used the pool twice this summer and both times it was dirty. I see a lot of the plantings have died and just left. 80% of the time the gate doesn’t open with the windshield strip. And 1/2 of the time the Butterfly app doesn’t work the first time either. A more aggressive pest control is needed as well. On the plus side, Kate is amazing. Buddy is super responsive to any unit issues I’ve had and I appreciate how quiet our community is.

We are new arrivals, but thanks to an available listing of resident-led activities we were able to make a connection to play dominoes. From there we went on to meet others and have played two games of RummiKub with two different groups. It’s nice to live in a community with active, friendly residents.

I love gardening. There is NO community gardens due to budget. I spend lots of money on custom pots and decorative pots, dirt and plants. There was a small bird bath and seed and hummingbird feeders. The birds turned it into a "zen" garden. It was enjoyed by walkers and me. I didn't care about the cost and enjoyed the work. I was told to remove the. pots as they were not allow per the lease.. I hire help to move most of the pots. The ones not moved were moved by staff. One set of lights were broken and pots stacked so I can't water them. I look around and see a neighbor w pots on his stoop and Shepard poles and a hummingbird feeders the courtyard. A birdbath in front of a cottage. Why does the grounds have to look sterile w no reflection of tenants personality? Second review: nothing has improved in the dogpark. No shade for dogs or owners! This weekend again will have temperatures over 110.

Album has so many things to do each day there aren’t enough hours to do them all. Living here is what retirement should be. It’s fun, happy and relaxing as well. Love all the neighbors and friends I have made since moving in 1.5 years ago. Life is good!

I have been busy since I moved to Album. Residents I have met so far are GREAT. Activies are enjoyable ! Traveling and hot summer has kept me from attending all the functions and activities that are scheduled at Album, Cooley Station. Hope to get back to my routine soon! Location is great for me, I have enjoyed living here!

Tour of apartment was great. Anxious to move in. Apartments seemed spacey, with storages. Activists were things I was interested in. Plenty of meeting room space. Happy to be able to have a garage. Patio will be nice.

Love it! Have had to put in a couple of maintenance requests and they were handled quickly and resolved. Everyone is friendly and always says hello. The office staff (Kate) is amazing and extremely helpful at all times.
