I love living here, it is a place I feel safe and my view is great. The staff has been very nice and helpful when needed. The people living here are always friendly. The apartment is perfect for my needs.A nice little community.

Not enough involvement in the planning of activities. Date and time changes of activities are not calendar manageable. Program Coordinator is not friendly, has a lack of connection with "all" tenants.

3 years here. Very satisfied overall. Community is amazing. Great neighbors and enjoyable activities. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Parking - reserved carport is helpful.

I'm very satisfied with the location of Album here in Mansfield. It's about 3 miles from my Son's family, stores that I shop at, & Doctors I see are within 4 miles.

My rent increase due to office error and I have suffered through the massive rent increase for 6 month!!!!! Poor management...But new tenants rents are 40% less than mine and some renewal tenants too, unbelievable. Not senior friendly.....

Patrick and I are offically residents as of today. We have already met a few of the residents prior to moving in. Everyone has been very friendly. The staff is amazing and very helpful in the process of moving to Album. Patrick participated tonight for the men's get together and enjoyed it very much.

I moved to the Album Mansfield location eleven months ago. I've met many new friends. I absolutely love that I made the Album my new home. The staff is wonderful. Could not live in a better 55+ community.

I love the people here and the facilities! I do not like when policies are not enforced. We have a ladies grandson 18-22 living for 11/2 to 2?years. We have several farrow cats here and it is against city or dances to feed animals outside your home. One residents cat became sick because if those cats and although management knows it still continues. This makes me uncomfortable, it is not safe!

I have lived at Album Mansfield for the better part of a year now and I really have enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and helpful. My apartment is great. The complex is very well maintained. I would recommend Album Mansfield to anyone over 55 looking for a good place to live.

Rent is to high for the quality of the appliances and paint jobs in the apartments. All food served should be catered, not cooked by the staff unless doing a demonstration for a group.

I have really enjoyed living here. I like the fact that it is a smoke free complex! I am not a pet person, so I appreciate that residents keep their dogs on a leash.The scheduled activities have made it easy to meet people and make friends.

I've been at Album Mansfield for over 24 months now & have made quite a few new friends. Most people here are very sociable. Jennifer does a fantastic job coordinating events & is very helpful when asked for assistance.

I would not recommend this place due to management. he does not consider your concerns. A resident went in to talk with him about her rent and he wouldn't even talk with her she would ask him questions and he wouldn't even answer her. She finally gave up and left. Now you tell me what kind of management is that.

Great place to retire !! Very active place to live. Always, always, always something going on here. Come here to live out your "Golden Years !" A place where if you sit and do nothing, that's on you. A place where you can be very active, meet some of the Best people I have met. Everyone here is so friendly.

I've thought about this a lot and going back, looking at my memories from before I moved here to my move here. I realized how dissatisfied I was prior to my move here. How I was always struggling with the need to move. Once Album Mansfield was announced they were building here in Mansfield, I immediately knew I needed to make the move here. I did and I have been so happy and content since. I love it here! Is it perfect? Nothing is perfect this side of heaven, but it comes pretty close. The property is maintained and kept clean, the staff goes above and beyond to work with us and to do things for us. I can't express how nice it is to be someplace like this. Big Thanks to our Album Mansfield Team!! You are awesome and I would not want to live anywhere else!!

Album is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The knowledge, professional office staff is amazing. Residents are always greeted with a friendly smile. The same with maintenance. Always a hi and smile when you pass them in the hall. I’ve always had maintenance come the same day I submit a request. I highly recommend Album if you’re looking for a new place to live.

I am very happy about living at Album Mansfield except for one thing. And that is, why do I have to listen to the music the management plays in the courtyard everyday? Even with my windows closed it invades my apartment. And God forbid I should open a window for some fresh air. Then the music blasts through the open window. I find it hard to believe that no one else shares my opinion. If this music was coming from a neighbor I would certainly complain. But it is played by the management!! Turn off the music and my rating will go back up to 5 Stars.

Starting the new year off right living at Album Mansfield! Will be three years soon living here and still loving it as when we moved in. Love our home of care free living. The management and staff are top notch. Simply a wonderful place to call home.

I moved to Album 4 months ago, and am so happy I did! The sense of community and friendship is just amazing. Everyone is kind and helpful, especially Savanna! She answered all my questions and is just truly a ray of sunshine. She never stops smiling. Jose, with maintenance is amazing as well. Always with a friendly Hello, and so helpful. Would highly recommend Album!

I am still very disappointed that yoga has not been reinstated. We use to have exercise 5 days a week. We went down to two and now have 4. I would very much like to have yoga again!

i would like to know how a resident can take over our theater room and run a business by charging money for singing lesson because she needs to supplement her income. Does that mean we can also run a business out of Album I am sure their are a few residents that could use the money to supplement their income also.. Instead of having a theater room we could have like a mini mall in there so we could have some extra money also.

I have really enjoyed going to the events, especially ones with Antonio, the DJ. He is very entertaining. Y’all make meeting neighbors easy. I also appreciate the text messages when events are about to start.

Many of the residents are great, but the hallway carpets need replacing. They're getting nasty and there's been multiple bed bugs issues which instead of letting us know so we can be on watch for it, management like everything else tries to hide it. Same with the fire system. Manager is apparently afraid to hold monthly meetings with us because he doesn't want us to share our concerns for the direction the complex is going. If last year had been like this year, I would never have stayed.

Honestly totally beyond my expectations of senior living apartments! I had 3 other properties, but your representative was enthusiastic, informative and thorough in walking me through the process!! So I never made it to the 2 other properties! I found my new home!!

I am satisfied with everything EXCEPT THE FILTHY CARPETING IN THE HALLWAYS. THEY ARE SO NASTY I AM EMBARRASSED TO HAVE GUESTS OVER!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!! PEOPLE ARE SO NASTY!! SHAMPOO THE HALLWAYS ONCE PER MONTH PLEASE!

Although I have not lived on the property yet, my experience viewing the community with Savannah was exceptional. The information and feedback that she gave me concerning the Community was outstanding. I’m looking forward to becoming a permanent residence very soon, and I can only hope that everything from that day forward continues to satisfy my expectations.

We’ve enjoyed our time at Album. We like our 2-bedroom apartment. We’ve been here approximately a year and a half. We like the location and the staff’s efforts to create lots of potential activities of many different varieties.

My internet service is terrible it goes off several times a day My electric bill is much higher than my next door neighbor who has the same size apartment. All the doors are not secured for limited access. pool is not heated for seniors

On the most part, I really enjoy living here. I have developed some really good friendships. I love my one bedroom apartment with a balcony. Communication has improved over the last couple of months.

I love our exercise classes. Just wish we could add yoga. We are blessed with friendly and helpful residents. We exercise together, play games, and pray for one another. Album is such a great place to call home!

Going on my third year this is a very peaceful and quiet community. Neighbors are very friendly and nice. We all watch out for each other. Management is good. Rent is a little pricey

I like the Album property! Very convenient to everything I need. I like the excercise programs offered. However, sometimes dealing with the front office is not welcoming to the residents. All I want is to be addressed with respect, pleasant with eye contact, & a smile! I pay to live here & would like to be treated as such.

I think it’s a great apartment. So many places to shop. Restaurants close, hospitals close. Good places for walking. Dog park is close for all the puppies.

I think Album Mansfield is a great place. The decor is very tasteful, staff is responsive, and residents are friendly and helpful. I never thought I would be living in a 55+ community but it has been a perfect fit for this season in our lives!

We’ve lived here almost 2 years. Just signed for 15 more months. No complaints no worries. Fantastic neighbors. Fun events great management team. The best maintenance men. Recent casino night was the best of three the Album team has provided. We love living a care free apartment life.

Luxury, 55+ living…. Tired ‘ old- folks’ playbook? You need to establish parking rules, and egress/ exit from the parking lot. Why would you allow parking over sidewalk? There are codes for reason…. Suppose you will be excited when you have to call a tow truck to get one of your residents out of the mud because their wheelchair got stuck avoiding the Dodge truck backed over sidewalk and others? Pets…. Nice if our active adult community could go further than just outside of exit/ entrance doors; blocking other active adults inconvenienced ….. often.

Haylee and Savanna are awesome. The apartments are very nice but a bit small not much storage space. The noise from the busy street FM 157 is a bit concerning but I'm sure I'll get used to it and not hear it at all. I am very glad I leased my apartment and ready to make wonderful friends.
