Bryant Cabrera is the Community Manager and has been with the company for 2.5 years, bringing nearly a decade of industry experience to the role. His professional background spans a wide range of industries, including tourism and hospitality, public relations and marketing, advertising, food and beverage, medical care, and property management, giving him a well-rounded and people-centered leadership approach.

Bryant's interest in joining the active adult platform is rooted in helping create long fun-filled lives by keeping seniors active, healthy, and socially engaged. In his role, he focuses on supporting every team member in succeeding within their responsibilities, while fostering an environment where people are inspired to grow, collaborate, and have fun while achieving results. Known for his strong interpersonal skills, Bryant is passionate about developing others through positive, constructive feedback, building trust, and maintaining a high-morale workplace where learning flows both ways.

Originally from Hawaii, Bryant enjoys staying active and connected outside of work. He loves karaoke, hosting get-togethers and barbecues, game nights, traveling, reading, pickleball, tennis, and lifting weights. He also has a few fun talents—including the ability to out-whistle almost any tune, fluency in American Sign Language, a love for surfing and outdoor running, and he is currently learning Spanish. His favorite way to unwind is enjoying a glass of wine while cooking (even though he admits he rarely cooks), and his go-to meals are kalbi spare ribs or bone-in chicken wings.

A self-described 5 a.m. morning person since 2015, Bryant is a black coffee drinker who appreciates a strong start to the day. His music tastes were shaped by legends like Queen, the Eagles, Michael Jackson, and Earth, Wind & Fire, and he’s a devoted Breaking Bad fan. Motivated by achievement, growth, and striving to be the best, Bryant values a team culture that works hard, plays hard, and feels safe sharing ideas to succeed together—believing that a healthy personal life fuels a healthy work life. His future goals are centered on starting a family and becoming the best dad possible.

Angie Houpo is a Sales Consultant who joined the team two months ago and brings a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with over 15 years in the hotel industry and three years at the DMV. Although new to the active adult industry, Angie is passionate about the platform because of the meaningful impact it has on improving residents’ quality of life. In her role, she enjoys helping prospective residents tour the community, understand their options, and select the home that best fits their needs.

Originally from Maui, Hawaii, Angie is known for her positive energy, organization, and welcoming presence. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, exploring new foods and places, dancing, and creating traditional leis. Her favorite way to unwind is by listening to music and dancing, and she especially enjoys Filipino and Japanese cuisine. A proud morning person, Angie starts her day with coffee and enjoys listening to ’90s R&B.

One fun fact about Angie is that she has completed two Spartan races, a testament to her determination and adaptability—something she is personally proud of. Motivated by making a difference in people’s lives, Angie values a team environment where responsibilities are clear and communication is strong. Residents can expect a warm experience when working with her, as she believes that no matter how challenging the day may be, she will always greet them with a big smile.

Jason Fanene is the Service Supervisor and has been with the company for two years, bringing over 12 years of industry experience to the team. Jason is driven by a strong commitment to creating a comfortable, maintenance-free living environment for residents. He takes pride in managing and coordinating vendors and projects that enhance the community and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Originally from Hilo, Hawaii, Jason is known for his reliability, accountability, and leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending quality time with his family. When it’s time to relax, Jason’s ideal evening includes sitting by a fire pit next to the pool with a neat bourbon and a cigar. His favorite food is a nostalgic nod to home—poi—and he starts every day strong with coffee, as a lifelong morning person.

Jason enjoys all types of music depending on the moment and values a team environment filled with laughter and shared success. What motivates him most at work is doing a great job for his team, and he takes immense pride in being a girl-dad, with his kids truly being his greatest joy. Jason is dedicated to supporting both residents and teammates alike.
