Community Manager
An accomplished, hard-driven professional with over thirteen years of property management experience in two college town markets before settling into my current role with Greystar's active adult platform in Surprise, AZ. I have built my career upon positions and roles that require me to be highly interactive with customers on a daily basis, including previous work in lease-ups and student housing. In addition, I am a licensed realtor in the state of Arizona.
Originally from New Jersey, I spent 15 years in Florida before moving to Arizona in 2021. When I am not working on-site, I enjoy spending time with my partner and two active dobermans, Cliff and Lucy. I have a passion for all things food and travelling, having been to over 20 countries (and counting!). Not to mention, a proud alum of The University of Florida. GO GATORS!
Erika
Senior Sales Consultant
Erika is a dedicated Senior Sales Consultant with seven years of experience in property management throughout Arizona and more than four years with Greystar. She is committed to fostering a professional and collaborative environment among colleagues while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents and prospective residents alike.
Passionate about building meaningful connections, Erika takes a genuine interest in the lives of those she serves and enjoys helping residents discover how the community enhances their lifestyle and overall well-being. Her approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service help create positive experiences for everyone she meets.
When she is not assisting residents and prospects at Album Surprise, Erika enjoys relaxing with crochet projects and spending time at local farmers markets, where she appreciates supporting local vendors and connecting with the community.
Aimee
Sales Consultant
Aimee brings an extensive background in customer service and a passion for creating meaningful connections with others. As a licensed cosmetologist, she has developed strong interpersonal skills and a genuine appreciation for helping people feel valued, heard, and supported.
Known for her warm and approachable personality, Aimee enjoys building relationships and fostering a welcoming environment for residents, prospects, and colleagues alike. Her dedication to exceptional service and authentic engagement helps create positive experiences and lasting impressions.
Aimee has proudly called Surprise, Arizona home for the past 18 years. She and her husband have shared more than 30 years of marriage and have built a life centered on faith, family and community while raising their son and daughter. They're blessed to have recently gained a cherished daughter-in-law. She cherishes opportunities to spend quality time with loved ones and believes that strong relationships and meaningful connections are at the heart of a fulfilling life.
Outside of work, Aimee enjoys taking long walks, going to the movies, and supporting local businesses and community events. She values staying connected to the community and embraces opportunities to contribute to and celebrate the people and places that make it special.
Matt
Maintenance Supervisor
With 23 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, Matt Newkirk has built a reputation for operational excellence, leadership, and a commitment to providing exceptional living experiences for residents. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in property maintenance, team leadership, preventative maintenance programs, capital improvements, and resident satisfaction.
Matt’s dedication to his profession has earned him significant recognition, including being named Maintenance Technician of the Year twice by Greystar. These awards reflect his technical knowledge, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to excellence in the field.
Since 2020, Matt has focused his career in the active adult housing sector, where he has successfully supported communities designed to enhance the lifestyle, comfort, and well-being of residents. His passion for service and attention to detail have helped create safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments that residents are proud to call home.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys attending baseball games and is a dedicated fan of the Boston Red Sox. His love for the game reflects the same enthusiasm and loyalty he brings to both his professional and personal pursuits.
