Terrika Howard is a dedicated Community Manager with more than 11 years of progressive experience in the property management industry. Beginning her career as a Leasing Consultant, she has gained hands-on knowledge across a broad range of residential communities, stabilized properties, and luxury lease-ups. Her career is driven by a passion for people, operational excellence, and team development.
Terrika is widely recognized for her people-first leadership style, her ability to cultivate high-performing teams, and her unwavering focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Terrika now calls North Carolina home. When she’s not working, she enjoys binge watching love story documentaries exploring music, spending time with her identical twin sister, and making unforgettable memories with her family including a fun appearance on Family Feud with Steve Harvey.

Cameo Goode is a Charlotte native with a passion for real estate, property management, and creating communities where people feel at home. With more than 3.5 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, she began her career in leasing and has been part of multiple successful lease-up communities, helping transform new developments into thriving places residents are proud to call home.
Known for her warm personality and dedication to exceptional service, Cameo has earned a reputation for building lasting relationships while consistently delivering results. Her commitment to excellence has earned her recognition as a two-time Best Leasing Agent of the Year and a two-time recipient of the Most Leases in a Year award.
Outside of work, Cameo enjoys spending time with family, reading, and exploring the outdoors. She also has a heart for teaching and serving others, with a special passion for supporting children and seniors.

Service Manager
Carl Crew brings more than 20 years of apartment maintenance experience to Album Matthews. While he may be new to our community, he is certainly not new to the service industry. His extensive knowledge and dedication to providing exceptional service make him a valuable addition to our team.
Carl is a proud father of fraternal twins and enjoys spending quality time with his family. Whether he's fishing with his son or enjoying special daddy-daughter days with his daughter, family is at the heart of everything he does.
A veteran of the Army National Guard, Carl brings a strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment to excellence in everything he takes on. Originally from New York, he has since put down roots in North Carolina, where he proudly calls home.
